4BR Maisonette 9 mins from Newcastle City Centre - Free Parking

Positive: Good location, near Asda and Tesco express. Area is safe and free parking outside. Attic bedrooms nicely decorated. Nice big TV, comfy beds, decent kitchen. Negative: Had various issues with WiFi, Sonos speaker not working, sofa had stains on during arrival, TV in first bedroom with marks over it, lamp upstairs with no light bulb, stairs are dangerous with some steps going in and deformed, first door handle came off when closing the door. Bathroom shower way too hot or way too cold themstat appears to be at fault. Lastly were getting charged £150 for stains on bed mattress when covers bed covers would prevent this and also sofa which was already stained when we arrived in the apartment.

Positive: The owner was very helpful when I had questions during the booking process. The house was spacious. Easy to find and plenty of parking. Negative: There were only 3 mugs and 4 glasses even though the house can have up to 8 people. The kitchen generally seemed a little unclean. When we told the people we were visiting in that we were staying in Felling, they are shocked - apparently it is a very rough area.
